By using CraftRift Weather you agree to these terms. The site provides informational weather, prayer time, and dust indicators for seventeen Saudi cities, and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but it is subject to change and is not an official source. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Riyadh.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the site or viewing its content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the site.
Nature of the Service
The site provides informational content about weather, prayer times, and dust and air quality indicators for a number of cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The service is free and open to everyone, and does not require account creation or registration.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to browse the site for non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, republish, or commercially exploit the content.
Warranty Limits
Weather, air quality, and prayer time data are drawn from reputable third-party sources, and we make reasonable efforts to verify them. They nevertheless remain probabilistic information that is subject to change, and their absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed at all times and locations.
The content is provided on a best-effort basis, without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. For official information, please refer to the National Center for Meteorology.
Limitation of Liability
The site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the information displayed, including financial or operational losses.
In any case, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the site toward any user shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100) for any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the site and its operator against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Third-Party Data
The site relies on data provided by WeatherAPI.com and the Aladhan API, and this data is subject to the terms of service of each provider.
We are not responsible for any error, outage, or delay in the data of these parties, and their terms also apply to your use of the information derived from them.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the design, source code, and original content of the site belong to its operator, and the weather and prayer data are governed by the licenses of their providers.
The name CraftRift and associated marks belong to the site operator, and may not be used without prior written permission.
Prohibited Use
The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including automated data scraping, reselling data, reverse-engineering the code, or circumventing any security measures.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Riyadh.
This does not affect the rights that users within the European Union have under the consumer protection laws of their own countries.
